BIO
William H. Nugent was born on the shorter part of Long Island, New York, and moved to central Virginia as a teenager. He attended and repeatedly graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University until receiving a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics. From there his career as a Research Physiologist has spanned the spectrum from epigenetics through tissue and organ systems to combat trauma.
When Will is not doing non-fiction, he is indulging the creative side. A passion for reading turned into this weird thing for writing and now there are books. If you’re viewing this, there's a reasonable chance you already know what buttons will acquire you those books. But you haven't done it. Why? Because you're scared. And you should be. There's no wiki for Will's books, no book club or message board you can cry out to. It's just you and the pages turning the voice in your head into a story.
The current project, Realms’ Anchor, is a military action/ epic fantasy series where a team of hardnosed US Marines battles their way across worlds and realities. It’s a cultural and technological clash that no one signed up for but can’t walk away from. No matter how backward, the mission is always forward.

Last only because that's how these biographies are usually ordered, Will still lives in beautiful central Virginia with his wife and 3 kids.
REALMS' ANCHOR
The Core in the Casing
Realms' Anchor is an epic fantasy series pitting modern, 21st-century warfighters against a world of magic, prophecy, and some really deranged psychological profiles. Six books are planned with three published and the fourth half done. The action spans our beloved Earth and a novel fantasy world that feels familiar enough to get you right into the fight.
Some narrative elements may contain humor; reader discretion is advised.
